Starting an Online Home Business: 3 Questions
Posted by junger - 08/09/06 at 07:08:20 pmI came across this post today from Just Make Money Online asking three questions that people looking into starting a home business online ask, and figured that if I really want to do this, I should answer them.
1) Why do you want to start an online business?
I want to start an online business because I have a love for publishing on the Internet, and it only seems natural that I should use my passion for online publishing as a career move. I live and breath the Internet and know that there is plenty of room for success online.
2) How much time and money can you spend on your online business start-up?
That's a good question. As I'm working a full-time job and watching my budget, both time and money are things in short demand. At this point, I don't have obligations to many other activites besides my wife, so while I may not have as much time as I could, I certainly have more than if we had kids.
3) What kind of skills do you have?
My skills include an extensive knowledge of online publishing and promotion, such as developing content and product packaging. I'm also an ideas man, as I'm constantly coming up with new products to develop and ideas to pursue.
