I've been using Feedburner for a while, and I've noticed that the number of subscribres vascillates over time ... it goes up and goes down. I'm not sure if it has something to do with how it calculates "subscribers" ... its not quite like a newsletter signup script where you're able to tell how many people sign up, because I'm not sure if there's any reliable way of telling how many / who is pulling up your RSS feeds every day.
