Wikipedia: MSNBC's Dan Abrams Dating Keith Olbermann
Posted by junger - 05/10/06 at 01:05:12 pmThe good folks at Wikipedia are up to it again. According to the user-edited online encyclopedia, MSNBC's Dan Abrams (of The Abrams Report) is currently dating another MSNBC personality … Countdown host Keith Olbermann.

Now while I'm sure that this is a joke, I doubt that either Abrams or Olbermann is laughing too hard. Actually, they probably haven't even seen it — so I'll forward it to them and hopefully get a response.
According to the history page for the entry, this change was made yesterday, by someone at the IP of 141.117.94.51.
Isn't the Wikipedia community supposed to clean out junk? What's going on, Wikipedia?
(edit: After checking out the history page again, it looks like Wikipedia administrator Cyde and his bot made the previous change to the entry, not the Olbermann one).
update 1: it's over for dan and keith
update 2: on-and-off for dan and keith

Wikipedia, Your Very Reliable Source for Relationship Gossip…
We were directed earlier today to the Wikipedia bio for MSNBC host Dan Abrams, which contains some awfully surprising news……

Well, Keith is kinda cute and has a droll sense of humor.

I wouldn't mind if Keith Olbermann were dating Dan Abrams. At least they're both from MSNBC. An inter-network relationship would be worse. Who would want to see Anderson Cooper and Tucker Carlson? Pat O'brien and Bill O'Reilly might not be that bad together.

Wikipedia: Great for Blogs, Not for Print…
It may not be fair, but print publications should avoid Wikipedia like the plague. Bloggers, on the other hand, can reference it night and day….
